About us
Addressing the challenges in Power Module Trim and Form Automation
Tooling Specialist Derksen is a well-known supplier of precision mechanical parts and tools with more than 20 years’ experience in designing and manufacturing Trim & Forms tools.
Over the last years TSD has been successfully involved in numerous manual prototype and production trim & form tools for power modules.
The unique characteristics of Power modules requires a fully new concept of product handling and controlled trimming & forming operations, often combined with additional process steps such as Laser Marking and optical inspection.
Recognizing the need for automation we developed the
TFA Flex Line.
